Section 13A(1) in Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008
(1)The merit list of the Certificate Holders shall be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in theory subjects in the final year examination of Certificate Course after converting the total marks to 500.
