(c)5 per cent marks on the basis of following special merits, namely -

(i)2% marks for having Doctorate Degree;

(ii)2% marks for having Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree;

(iii)1 % marks for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree;
