Section 51(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(2)For the purposes of sub-rule (1) the proximity between the appraise and his reporting superior officer shall be maintained at all levels. Such an appraisal shall be made by superior officer only so as to ensure that the appraisal is professional, objective and presents the truest possible picture of the appraise with regard to all aspects of his work.
