(5)The licence of a trader, commission agent, or broker is liable to be cancelled, if he allows or continues to allow any person/persons whose names does not/do not appear in the register of the market committee to operate in market areas, on his behalf irrespective of whether person/persons was/were once an authorised assistant working on his behalf.
