Section 15F(1) in Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1969
(1)The copy of the annual report of the Board, prepared under the direction of, and approved by, the Board together with an audited statement of accounts shall be submitted to Government before the end of the months of December every year.
