G.S.R. 820, dated the 25th June, 1975. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 285 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) and in supersession of the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Collisions at sea) Regulations, 1962, the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations for the prevention of collisions at sea, namely :-
