Section 40(3) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Rules, 1959
(3)On transfer of a Treasury Officer the Officer taking over charge shall verify the stocks of bonds and record a certificate in his own hand-writing in both parts of the register in Form XV to the following effect:"verified and found correct."
