Section 5(1) in The Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947
(1)Every producer and every recognised dealer shall comply with such directions regarding the sales, stocks and distribution of vegetable oil products and the maintenance of records relating to the same] as may from time to time be given to him by the Controller.
