Section 33(1)(a) in Shiv Nadar University Act, 2018

(a)No person shall be admitted to a course of study in the University for admission to the examinations for degrees, titles or diplomas of the University unless he,-
(i)has passed the examination prescribed therefor; and
(ii)fulfills such other academic conditions as may be prescribed.
