Section 4 in The Coinage of One Hundred Rupees and Five Rupees Coins to mark the Occasion of Centenary Commemoration of Komagata Maru Incident Rules, 2014

4. Design.

- The design of the coins shall be as under :-
(i)One Hundred Rupees
Obverse:The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend ^^lR;eso t;rs inscribed below, flanked on the left upper periphery with the word ^^Hkkjr in Devnagri script and on the right upper periphery with the word "India" in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol "र" and denominational value "100" in International Numerals below the Lion Capitol.Reverse:The face of the coin shall bear the portrait of "Komagata Maru" ship in the centre, with inscription ^^'krkCnh Lej.kksRlo and ^^DksekxkVk ek: izlax in Devnagri script on top periphery and right lower periphery respectively. On the left upper periphery and lower periphery shall bear the inscription "Centenary Commemoration" and "Komagata Maru Incident" in English respectively. The year's figure "1914-2014" shall be shown on right upper periphery in international numerals.
(ii)Five Rupees

On the left upper periphery and lower periphery shall bear the inscription "Centenary Commemoration" and "Komagata Maru Incident" in English respectively.
