9. Selection of rescue trained persons for posting at rescue stations
.-(1) After coming into force of these rules, the rescue trained persons for posting at a rescue station shall be selected, from amongst the rescue trained persons employed in mines served by the rescue station, by the Superintendent in consultation with the managers of such mines.(2)A person selected under sub-rule (1) shall be posted for not less than one year and not more than five years at a rescue station at any one time.
