Section 29(1) in The Maharashi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan Adhiniyam, 2007
(1)The Director of the Institute shall cause to be prepared, in such form as may be prescribed by regulations, a budget in respect of the financial year next ensuing, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure and shall submit it to the General Council through the Finance Committee and Executive Council.
