Section 2 in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Distribution Tariff) Regulations, 2015
2. Scope and Extent of Application.
- 2.1 These Regulations shall apply to all the Distribution Licensees in the State of Bihar.2.2These Regulations shall be applicable for determination of tariff in all cases covered under these Regulations from 1st April 2016 and onwards up to FY 2021 i.e., till 31st March 2021] or till these Regulations are amended.2.3These Regulations shall be applicable where the cost based/Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) based tariff is determined by the Commission.2.4These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
