18. Operation of State Bio-diversity Fund.
(1)All revenues received under Section 32 (1) of the Act in the State Biodiversity Fund shall be deposited in a PD Account of the Board and the same shall be regulated in accordance with the decision of the Board.(2)The State Biodiversity Fund shall be operated by the Chairperson of the Board under his seal and signature or by such other officer of the Board as may be authorized by the Board in this behalf.
