Section 37(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)No court shall take cognisance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a report in writing of the facts constituting such offence made by an officer of the Authority generally or specially authorised by it in this behalf.
