Section 23(1) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(1)Where a claim or objection is disposed of under rules 21 and 22 the Returning Officer shall-(a)specify in the list maintained by him under clause (a) of rule 20 the date, time and place of hearing of the claim or objection, and(b)give notice of hearing,-(i)in the case of a claim, to the claimant in Form T1 ;(ii)in the case of an objection to the inclusion of a name, to the objector in Form T2 and to the person objected to in Form T, and(iii)in the case of an objection to the particular or particulars of and entry, to the objector in Form T4.
