Section 1(3) in The U.P. Agricultural Credit Act, 1973
(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [ Enforced from 1st January, 1974, Vide Notification No. I-F-300/(1)/X-1-1973, published in U.P. Gazette (Extra.), dated 31st December, 1973] as the State Government, may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
