Section 26 in The Kerala Headload Workers Act, 1978
26. Maintenance of Registers and records by employers.-
(1)Every employer shall maintain such registers and records as may be prescribed.(2)The registers and records referred to in subsection (1) shall contain such particulars and shall be countersigned by such officer and shall be kept in such place, as may be prescribed.
