Section 6(2) in Bihar Boiler Operation Engineer's Rules, 1960
(2)The owner of a boiler who engages any person to hold charge of such boiler shall, in the event of such person leaving his employment or in the event of death of such person, report the fact within seven days of such event to the Chief Inspector.
