Section 2(1) in The M.P. Rajkoshiya Uttardayitva Avam Budget Prabandhan Niyam, 2006
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires :-(a)"Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Rajkoshiya Uttardayitva Avam Budget Prabandhan Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 18 of 2005);(b)"Form" means a form appended to these rules;(c)"Section " means a section of the Act;(d)"Previous Year" means the financial year preceding of the current year;(c)"State Government" means the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
