Section 54(2) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(2)A registered society, the liability of the member of which is limited to the value of shares held by them, shall, in addition to the register of members, also maintain a register of shares and shareholders in such form as may, from time to time, be prescribed by the Registrar.
