Section 27(1) in Uttar Pradesh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2019
(1)No commercial, industrial, infrastructural and bulk user by operation or process or any treatment and disposal system shall,-(a)discharge or dispose waste water, sewage, trade and domestic effluent or contaminants into the well, or ;(b)dump waste on the land which may lead to leaching or percolation of contaminants, toxins into the aquifer.
