18. Prudential reporting .-The licensee shall, as soon as practicable, report to the Commission-
(a)any change in major shareholding, ownership or management of the licensee, and(b)any proceedings initiated by one or more of the parties signing the agreement for interpretation, amendment or termination of the agreement.
