Section 54(2) in The Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1960
(2)The electrical installation throughout the premises shall be subject to the inspection by an officer of competent jurisdiction of the Department of Electricity under the powers of the Indian Electricity Act. The instructions and directions of the officer in accordance with the requirements of the Indian Electricity Act and rules and of these Rules will be notified in writing to the licensee or his agent or manager and a copy will be sent by the officer to the Licensing Authority.
