Section 24(9) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(9)The salary, remuneration, and payment of wages to the faculties and to the staff of the University shall be exclusively decided and revised by the Governing Board. No other rule of any law shall apply as far as the matter of payment and wages at the University is concerned.
