Section 73(1) in U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Heads of Institution, Teachers and other employees of the Institutions Rules, 2009
(1)A Head of Institution or teacher or other employee shall not be entitled to allowance on transfer.
