Section 17(1) in Punjab Intoxicants Licence and Sales Orders, 1956
(1)to any soldier of the rank of non-commissioned officer or under, when in uniform, or, when not in uniform, if the licencee knows, or has reason to believe, that he is a soldier of that rank;
