Section 18(1) in Orissa State Youth Welfare Board Rules, 1996
(1)The Project Appraisal Committee shall comprise the (a) Director of Youth Services, Orissa (Chairman) (b) Director of Culture, Orissa (c) Director of Tourism, Orissa (d) Secretaries of Orissa Sahitya Akademi, Orissa Sangeet Natak Akademi and Orissa Lalit Kala Academy, (e) Joint/Deputy Secretary to Government, Sports and Youth Services Department, and (f) representative of Finance Department and planing and co-ordination Department.
