Section 18(2) in Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Elections) Rules, 1995
(2)The roll shall be prepared in such language or languages in which the roll of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Constituency within which the Ward of the Panchayat Village is situated, is prepared.
