Section 26(2) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
(2)Holders of Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mining Engineering from any recognized University or Institution with a minimum experience of 1 year and 2 years respectively in the practice of Electrical Installation Works in mines are exempted from the examination.Provided that the candidate's posses experience in underground mines, the certificate of competency awarded shall be supervisor mines (Unrestricted).Provided further that the candidate possesses experience exclusively in open cast mines, the certificate of competency awarded shall be supervisor mines (restricted)
