Section 25(1) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
(1)The candidates once admitted to an examination under these rules shall not be entitled to any refund or fees. Where a candidate is absent on the date fixed for examination due to some unavoidable reason the Chairman may allow him to appear without payment of additional fee at the next examination.
