Section 13(2) in Chhattisgarh Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2004
(2)Samvida Shala Shikshaks appointed under these rules shall be eligible to get 13 days casual leave and 3 days optional leave. Female Samvida Shala Shikshaks shall also be eligible to get maternity leave according to the orders issued from time to time by Government of Chhattisgarh regarding maternity leave for class three government employees. They shall not be eligible for any other leave.
