Section 101(c) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(c)when electric vibrators are used in concreting work-(i)such vibrators shall be earthed;(ii)the leads of such vibrators shall be heavily insulated; and(iii)the current shall be switched off when such vibrators are not in use.
