2. Definitions.
- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-(i)"Authority" means the Gwalior Trade Fair Authority constituted under Section 3;(ii)"Trade Fair" means trade, industrial, agricultural, cattle fairs or any other fair as may be specified by the State Government from time to time held at Gwalior trade fair area.
