- Every order under Chapter VI of the Act shall be served:(a)By tendering or delivering it or a true copy thereof to the person on whom it is to be served or his agent if any, or any adult member of his family or servant residing with him; or(b)by sending it by registered post at the last known address of the person on whom it is to be served; or(c)by affixing it to some conspicuous place of business in case of the above two methods are considered impracticable.Chapter-VII Construction,Equipment and Maintenance of Motor Vehicles
