Section 9(iii) in The Assam Secondary Education (Provincialisation) (Service and Conduct) Rules, 1979
(iii)The Managing Committee will function as Advisory Committee of a Secondary School to look after all round development of the school building play-ground, hostel, gardens etc. and may suggest Government any matter regarding staff of the school when the Committee thinks it necessary in the interest of the school.
