Section 164(1) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(1)An officer of the State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank or the Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank authorised by the Registrar under sub-section (1) of section 120 shall be a person not below the rank of a Agriculture and Rural Valuation Officer of the State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank or a Secretary of a Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank.
