Section 8(4)(d) in The Chennai Corporation Servants Conduct Rules, 1968

(d)While applying to the Government for permission to publish a book which relates to acts or policies of Government, the Corporation servant-shall submit to the Government for scrutiny a manuscript copy thereof.
