Section 4(3) in Andhra Pradesh School Education Management (Community Participation) Rules, 1998
(3)District Educational Officer shall be the Registration authority for the Parent Teacher Associations of Government schools and all other schools not covered by Rule 4(1) and Rule 4(2).
