Section 7(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Professional Engineering Colleges (Selection and Admission) Rules, 2016
(1)The structure of fee for various Degree Engineering Courses in Government Colleges as well as Private Engineering Colleges for free seats shall be prescribed by the Government from time to time.
