Section 2(8) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(8)"District Council" means the District Council of an Autonomous District constituted under the provisions of Paragraph 20(B) of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution of India;
