Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2006
1. Short title, extent and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2006.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different sections of this Act.
