Section 2(d) in Research Assistant, Class III, in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics (Special Competitive Examination) Rules, 2015
(d)"Examination" means the Special Competitive Examination held by the Board under these rules for the purpose of promotion to the post of Research Assistant, Class III, of persons specified in clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 2 of the recruitment rules.
