Section 6(4) in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensees' Standards of Performance) Regulations, 2004
(4)The Quarterly report under Sub-clause (3) shall be furnished to the Commission within 15 days of the close of the quarter and the annual report under the said Sub-clause (3) shall be furnished to the Commission within 30 days of the close of the financial year.
