Section 20(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)The Dean of the Student Welfare shall be a whole time salaried officer of the Vishwavidyalaya and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner prescribed and on such terms and conditions of service as may be prescribed.
