(3)The functions of the panel are -(a)to review the working of various provisions of this Code, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Grid Code and the Supply Code.;(b)to consider the suggestions received from Licensees, consumers and other interested persons;(c)to consider and offer its views on any specific matter as may be referred to it by the Commission.
