Section 26(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees Service) Regulations, 2015
(1)Every employee shall on his appointment declare his domicile in writing to the Authority and if such domicile is not his place of birth he must establish the same to the satisfaction of the Competent Authority.
