Section 4(1) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Octroi) Rules, 1962
(1)Every Board may appoint such number of persons as it may consider necessary to be Octroi Moharrirs or Asst. Inspectors or Inspectors enforcing the rules and for ensuring that the payment of octroi is not evaded.
