Section 26(26) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Mini Grid Renewable Energy Generation and Supply) Regulations, 2016
26.2The Committee will be constituted at the State level and will be headed by a member of the Commission with the representatives of the State Nodal Agency, the Distribution Licensee, not below the rank of the Chief Engineer. The representative of Mini Grid Operators shall be invited in the meeting.
