28. Directions and recommendations by Government.
(1)The Authority shall adhere to the State policies, as framed and amended from time to time by the State Government, including the Integrated State Water Plan.(2)The Government may from time to time make recommendations to the Authority to achieve the objectives of this Act, which shall be duly considered by the Authority.
